Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and HollandPath, the operator of this service. By creating an account, buying report credits, using AI generation or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for it. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

HollandPath provides a free RIASEC interest assessment, six dimension scores and a three-letter Holland Code. An optional career blueprint can be unlocked with a report credit.

The result describes self-reported interests. It does not measure ability, intelligence, mental health, personality disorders or suitability for a specific job. It is not a psychological diagnosis, recruitment screen, legal opinion, immigration assessment or guarantee of employment, salary or career success.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and remain responsible for activity through your account. Do not share access or use another person’s account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Paid reports may be generated with an AI provider configured by the operator. AI can produce incomplete, outdated or incorrect suggestions. The report is a starting point for experiments, not a factual determination about you or the labour market.

If no AI provider is available or a request fails, the service may return a locally prepared guided report. We may improve prompts, models or scoring without changing your historical answers.

Report credits are one-time digital credits. One credit unlocks one saved assessment report. Credits do not expire, have no cash value and cannot be transferred unless we expressly allow it.

Prices and product details shown at checkout control the purchase. Payment providers may apply their own currency conversion, tax or wallet rules. An order is complete when the payment provider confirms it.

A single order can be refunded within 7 days only if none of its credits has been used and no report has been generated from it. Used credits and delivered reports are generally non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer law says otherwise.

Contact support with the account email and order number. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method, subject to the provider’s processing time.

• Do not attempt to access another person’s account, report or payment records.
• Do not probe, overload, scrape at scale or interfere with the service.
• Do not reverse engineer security controls or use the service to break the law.
• Do not present a generated report as a clinical, recruitment or official eligibility decision.
• Do not infringe intellectual property or submit malicious code or misleading payment information.

The website, software, design, scoring implementation, prompts and original content are owned by or licensed to HollandPath. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service for personal career exploration.

Your answers remain yours. You may use and share your own result for personal purposes. Do not resell access to the service or represent our branding as yours.

We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may fix, update, limit or discontinue features. If a material paid feature becomes unavailable before you use the relevant credit, contact support for an appropriate remedy.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. RIASEC results and AI suggestions are exploratory information, not professional career counselling or a guarantee of fit.

To the extent permitted by law, HollandPath is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost opportunities, lost profits or reliance on a generated report. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your mandatory consumer rights.

We may suspend or close access for material abuse, security risk, fraud or violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion. Obligations that by nature survive termination will continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the HollandPath operating entity, together with mandatory consumer law where you live. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. We will revise the date above and provide notice for material changes where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
